SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Scent Sensational. This policy explains how and when we ship your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Most orders are prepared for shipment within a few business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to its destination.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped from within the United States to U.S. delivery addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Scent Sensational is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@scent-sensational.us with photos of the item and its packaging so we can help make it right.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional reshipment costs.
